Research has made it very clear that being overweight equals increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other illnesses. One of the easiest ways to measure if you're at risk is to calculate your body mass index (BMI).

BMI is a number calculated from a person's weight and height. I want you to take a moment and calculate your BMI right now, because knowing your BMI provides a good sense if you're at a healthy weight. find out your bmi at the link below:

Mine is in my range..  this is wht it says for me.
