How to Get a Flatter Stomach in 2 Weeks


A lot of people want to get sexy abs so much that they lose their patience. That's why I often hear people ask me how they can get a flat stomach in 2 weeks. Of course, whether this is possible or not depends on your current condition so a better question would be how you can get a flatter stomach in 2 weeks.
Of course, the same rules and guidelines apply regardless of how much time you're willing to put into the process. To get lean you need to workout right and to eat right. There's no other way. You have to be willing to put in the work. There are no quick fixes that really work.
But let's say you want to have a flatter stomach in 2 weeks. Here are your action steps:
1. Clear out your kitchen and pantry of anything which is fatty or rich in sugar. There is no time to lose. You have to start eating right today, not tomorrow. Don't worry, you will still eat fat, only it will be good fat like the one found in olive oil, nuts, almonds, fish, and flax seeds. But other than that, you need to keep your food as lean as possible.
2. You need to free up some time to do 4 workouts each week. Normally, 3 workouts a week are enough to get great results, but if you want to speed things up so you'll have to do more. These workouts will include both cardio workouts and strength workouts.
Here are some guidelines:
1. Make your cardio workouts as intensive as you can (without risking injury, of course). The more intensive you workout the more fat you'll burn.
2. Your strength workouts should incorporate all the muscles group. To get a flat stomach you need to be lean all over. There is no fat spot reduction.
If you eat right and workout right, you will be much leaner after 2 weeks and have flatter abs.
